Your contract becomes active on the day of vehicle delivery, from which point interest on the financed amount begins to accrue. If the vehicle handover does not occur on the first day of the month, a pro-rated interest invoice/payment notice is issued for the period between the day of handover and the last day of the month Subsequent regular monthly lease payments will be invoiced at the end of each month, due by the 15th of the following month.

- Depending on your request, our Customer Service will send you the information regarding the Total Outstanding Amount as per the contract, along with the payment deadline, either by email or by post. If you wish to close the contract, you must transfer this amount by the specified deadline.
- After we receive the Total Outstanding Amount, we will send the closure documents to the Lessee by post.
Any request for contract modification must be submitted to our Company in writing or through the Customer Portal. Upon receipt of your request, we will inform you whether the modification request has been accepted. If the modification request is approved we will send you the contract amendment necessary for the modification to take effect. The contract will be modified upon the timely signing, return, and payment of the modification fee.

Typically, we reach out to the Lessee prior to the expiration of the contract to discuss the available options at the end of the contract term, as per the provisions of the agreement.
If the contract term expires and the Lessee still has payment obligations, our Company will inform the Lessee of the amount due and request payment.
Upon the expiration of the contract, if the Lessee has fulfilled all payment obligations we will send the documentation related to closure by post.
Therefore, it is important to inform us promptly of any changes to your contact information.
Our Company will inform the Lessee about any potential overpayment and will proceed to reimburse it.
Upon the expiration of the contract and fulfillment of all payment obligations, we will send the Lessee the documentation related to the closure. Subsequently, it is the Lessee's responsibility to handle administrative tasks related to the vehicle they now own. Regarding the transfer of vehicle ownership, the Lessee must visit the government office with the documentation provided by our Company, including the proof of transfer of ownership and the registration certificate. We would like to remind you that the notification of change in ownership must be completed within 15 days.
Furthermore, the Lessee is required to inform the insurance companies about the transfer of ownership and submit the necessary documentation. Our Company will provide the Lessee with the declaration required for this process upon closure.
During the term of the financial lease agreement, the vehicle remains the property of our Company, therefore it cannot be sold or encumbered by the Lessee. If the lease agreement terminates in a manner that transfers ownership of the vehicle to the Lessee, upon receiving the declaration of transfer of ownership from the lessor and the vehicle's registration certificate, the Lessee, as the new owner of the vehicle, may sell the vehicle or dispose of it in any other manner they see fit.
We will contact the Lessee 90 days before the contract expiration to discuss options: retaining the vehicle (upon payment of the Residual Value), designating a third party to exercise the purchase option, or returning the vehicle to our Company.

With appropriate authorization, a third party can indeed handle matters on your behalf.
The Lessor prepares a settlement upon termination of the Lease Agreement. If the Lessee's payments exceed the amount owed (overpayment), the Lessor requests the necessary information for the reimbursement of the difference in the settlement. The Lessor reimburses the overpayment amount to the Lessee according to their instructions within 5 working days of receiving the instructions. If, as a result of the above settlement, the overpayment amount does not exceed 1000 HUF, the reimbursement obligation ceases. In the event of overpayment during the term, the Lessor reduces the Lessee's future overdue obligations by the amount recorded as overpayment in the Lease Agreement, which the Lessee did not declare in writing for early repayment or payment.
According to the terms of your financing agreement, you may use the vehicle within the territories of Hungary and the countries listed on the insurance green card (territorial scope of insurance coverage) without restrictions.
However, if the Lease Agreement was concluded without insurance coverage, the vehicle can only be used within the territory of Europe. Europe is to be understood geographically, meaning that the vehicle cannot be used in the Asian territories of the former Soviet Union successor states and in the Asian territory of Turkey.
Nevertheless, our Company does not grant permission for the financed vehicle to be registered abroad.
With the approval of our Company, it is indeed possible to register/change the registered keeper of the vehicle to someone other than the Lessee. In such cases, the condition for granting approval is that the new registered keeper assumes the role of a guarantor for prompt payment, ensuring the fulfillment of the Lessee's payment obligations arising from the Lease Agreement.
The processing of this request can only be done in person, with the presence of the new registered keeper at our customer service center.

Permission can be requested in writing through any of our customer service contacts or in person at our Customer Service. All costs and fees associated with the procedure are the responsibility of the Lessee.

The BONUS discounts must be repaid if the lease agreement is terminated within 36 months.
Upon the end of the term or in case of final settlement of the contract, our Company automatically issues a certificate confirming the discharge of your obligation. As per the terms outlined in the support agreement, the registration certificate can only be issued after 36 months following the purchase.
Financial lease agreements cannot be transferred to another party.
Estate-related procedures
In the event of the Lessee's death, we kindly ask that the family members promptly inform our Company of the passing. The fact of death is verified by a copy of the death certificate or a valid probate order. It is advisable to request the notary during the probate process to contact our Company regarding the rights and obligations arising from the lease agreement entered into by the deceased Lessee. Upon contact from the notary, we will provide the necessary information to the notary. In the event of the Lessee's death, the anticipated heir(s) may decide whether to return the vehicle or request further permission for its use from our Company.
Our Company can only transfer the lease agreement to the name(s) of the heir(s) upon possession of a valid probate order.

Payment-related questions
Pro-rated interest is the interest charged from the day of vehicle delivery until the last day of the given month. During this period, only interest payments are made, and no principal payments are due.
If you have entered into a variable interest rate agreement, your contract will be recalculated every three months based on the reference interest rate specified in the contract. The margin rate remains unchanged throughout the term.
The electronic invoices are password-protected. To open them, you need your 8-digit customer identification number, which you can find on the repayment schedule included in the starter package sent to you after activation.
This option is unavailable for contracts signed after June 2022.
Direct debit payment for monthly lease installments is not currently available.

Insurance and claims-related questions
In the event of an accident, the Lessee is obligated to immediately report the incident to both the insurer and the Lessor. In case of damage caused by someone else in the vehicle, the Lessee must attach a copy of the damage assessment report, as well as the repair estimate prepared by the repairer and a copy of the repair invoice issued by the repairer to the Lessor. If the vehicle is declared a total loss (including economic total loss) by the insurer, the Lessee must inform the Lessor of this fact in writing within 2 business days.
