What should I do if I have had an accident?

In the event of an accident, the Lessee is obligated to immediately report the incident to both the insurer and the Lessor. In case of damage caused by someone else in the vehicle, the Lessee must attach a copy of the damage assessment report, as well as the repair estimate prepared by the repairer and a copy of the repair invoice issued by the repairer to the Lessor. If the vehicle is declared a total loss (including economic total loss) by the insurer, the Lessee must inform the Lessor of this fact in writing within 2 business days.

Can the Casco insurance be changed during the term?

Request our consent in writing through one of our customer service contacts or in person at our Customer Service.

After obtaining the new policy, you must send a copy of it.

If the policy complies with the terms of the lease agreement, our Company will accept it.

Can the Casco insurance be cancelled during the term?

For mandatory Casco insurance contracts, it is obligatory to maintain Casco insurance until the end of the term.
