What is pro-rated interest?
Pro-rated interest is the interest charged from the day of vehicle delivery until the last day of the given month. During this period, only interest payments are made, and no principal payments are due.
Can the interest rate change during the term?
If you have entered into a variable interest rate agreement, your contract will be recalculated every three months based on the reference interest rate specified in the contract. The margin rate remains unchanged throughout the term.
What is required to open electronically sent invoices?
The electronic invoices are password-protected. To open them, you need your 8-digit customer identification number, which you can find on the repayment schedule included in the starter package sent to you after activation.
Can I pay via yellow payment slip?
This option is unavailable for contracts signed after June 2022.
Is it possible to pay by direct debit?
Direct debit payment for monthly lease installments is not currently available.
What account number should I use to transfer the monthly installments?
The account number required for the transfer is indicated on the payment notices and invoices:
