Suffered damage?
If you have suffered damage, you must report it within 2 working days at the latest. You can report it to your dealer or your insurance company. Here, the damage assessment is carried out and the process of the claims settlement is also coordinated.

WHERE CAN I TAKE THE CAR?
Find your nearest authorised repairer on the Dealers page.
On the interactive map, search for the service icon in the description on the right side at the partner services.
IS THE SITUATION DISPUTED?
If you have been in an accident and the situation is disputed, you should always call the police.
You must keep the damaged vehicle in an unaltered condition until the damage has been assessed, except for any changes made for mitigation purposes.
COSTS INCURRED
In case of causing damage, part of the costs incurred, the deductible shall be paid by the Contracting party.
ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF DAMAGE TO GLASS AND VEHICLE BODY
For damage assessment, bring the following documents with you:
- vehicle registration certificate
- vehicle registration book (if available)
- driving license
- identity card
- original European accident report - blue-yellow form (in case of a multi-party accident)
- police documents (if police action was also taken)
- power of attorney if applicable
ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF THEFT
Immediately file a police report and contact our staff. The following documents are required for the claim:
- vehicle registration certificate
- vehicle registration book
- identity card
- original police report
- all keys and remote controls of the vehicle
- sales contract, invoice
- service book
- power of attorney if the loss is not reported by the owner or the contracting party
